Police in Norfolk, England are a bit more than baffled after a 28-year old man was attacked by a pair of Oompa Loompas, the oranged faced, green haired characters from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, written by Ronald Dahl.
Media outlets report the man was approached by the Oompa Loompas, who are believed to be men, and a man and a woman who weren’t dressed up in costume. Then one of the Oompas pushed him to the ground. The victim got up, the Oompas hit him on the head and he fell again, suffering cuts, scraps and bruises.
Now the search is on for the assailants. Searches of local candy factories have turned up nothing. [ Source ]
