Police Deploy Taser on Compliant Man For Being “Snotty”

In this footage, South Carolina police use a taser on a “suspected” drunk driver while he is lying on the ground and then pepper sprays his mother for good measure. Six police were involved in the arrest of the compliant suspect.

A taser was deployed after the suspect became “edgy” and “snotty.” He was warned of the impending use of the taser with the following:

Get on the ground, get on the ground right now, you’re going to be tased.

Unfortunately the only footage available is from British police reality show, The Fuzz.
