Sun Shoots Out Massive Solar Flare

NASA’s Solar Dynamics Observatory (SDO) recorded the largest solar flare released by the sun in four years.

Called an X-Flare it’s the strongest types and can disrupt communications and electrical power grids on Earth.

This is because solar flares aren’t only burst of energy. They’re also a magnetic pulse that can knock satellites out of orbit.

    where i work there are thousands of pigeons on the roof.After this huge solar flare they have all vanished….(lithgow australia)
