This was the least cute picture of a hamster I could find.
When Monique Smith visited her family’s apartment last June to find that her hamster had died, she found herself beset with grief. But instead of getting angry, she got even – with her brother, whom she accused of being responsible for the rodent’s death.
In what can be only described as “off-the-chain crazy” Smith unleashed the full extent of her wrath upon her brother’s hamster, attempting to pull its whiskers out and then slamming it on the ground, killing the pet in front of three younger siblings.
She was finally apprehended and arrested earlier this week, having evaded authorities for months. She is currently being held in lieu of $1,000 bail. [Source; Image]
