Why break your leg in a skateboarding accident in public, or in some guy’s dried-out pool, when you could do it in the comfort of your own home?
That’s the thinking behind PAS House, the home currently being designed and built for professional skateboarder Pierre-Andre Sénizergues. Featuring three rooms in a 10-foot flattened tube, skateboarders can grind across every flat surface (including furniture and the kitchen sink) and there are no walls, just half-pipes. Personally, I’m a fan of carpeting, but I can appreciate functionality too, unlike one vocal critic arguing on the house’s website that ‘The fact this exists means somebody has way too much money.’ Jealous much?
