There are many ways in which one can complain to the police about their incompetence. Michael Andes found the traditional methods insufficient.
Early on August 25th, Andes called 911 in Bridgeport, Connecticut to report that he had parked “purposely” in a handicap space without the required placard. When the police arrived, Andes aired his grievances, accusing police of not doing their job. When the officers attempted to do their job by detaining Andes, a brief struggle ensued during which Andes was tazed, effectively ending the confrontation.
On top of being charged with interfering with an officer and second-degree breach of peace, Andes was also cited with – you guessed it – illegally parking in a handicap zone. [Source]
