German toddler bikes across town to see Grandma in hospital

Nothing can stop a toddler when they get something in their head. Nothing at all. Determination gleams in their eye and motivation fills their crooked little smiles. If you need proof of this, ask the mother of Noah Joel.

The 2-year old German toddler took off on his little plastic bike in a bid to visit his Grandmother who was sick in the hospital half-way across town. A police spokesperson says little Noah didn’t really know how to get there.

“He didn’t really know the way to the hospital. But he blamed that on his bike for not being fitted with sat nav.”

It was a calculated move on the little boy’s part. He filled his backpack with candy before attempting his journey across his city, Hamelin, all the while his mother thought he was playing in his room.

Police stopped him about three miles away from his house after getting reports of a little boy riding zig zag across the roads.  Noah’s mom had also made a panicked call to them after realizing him and his bike were gone.  Perhaps now she’ll listen when he says he wants to go somewhere… or start locking the doors.  The determined little bugger.
