A woman in North Carolina has been charged with second-degree trespass (and her three year old child taken into protective custody) after she refused to go to the back of the line at a McDonald’s Drive Thru. Apparently she couldn’t wait that long for her fast food fix.
Evangeline Lucca, 37, decided to drive up and place her order at the pick-up window instead of the order window and when staff asked her to go to the back of the line got upset. It appears she got more than a little upset since she refused to move and was still there when police arrived 20 minutes later.
After showing her anger to the police they tasered her – not once but twice – before she “just flopped out of the car like a fish,” says eye witness Andy Rich, a customer at the time.
And this all happened in front of her three year old daughter. So nice to see a mom teaching her kid not only the importance of eating healthy food, and the importance of respecting others by waiting your turn in line, but also the fine skill of how to get arrested for a truly ridiculous reason.
